takkbuzz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the takkbuzz platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User") and takkbuzz.

takkbuzz is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, and various gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you are ready to comply with these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh. Even if any clause is found legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.

2.3 One Account Only

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended or closed, and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

takkbuzz reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms

• Suspected money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false information

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

takkbuzz currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Funds deposited into your account are credited instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). All withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. You must use your registered payment method for withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

takkbuzz reserves the right to reject or suspend a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected, KYC is incomplete, or bonus conditions have not been met. In such cases, the support team will notify you.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means no funds from a bonus can be withdrawn until bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount have been placed. Bets placed on certain games may not count toward the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion code can be used once only
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit for claiming
• Bonuses are not transferable for cash
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is prohibited unless the promotion states otherwise
• takkbuzz reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraud is suspected

5.4 VIP Program

The takkbuzz VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.8% cashback, Gold — up to 1.1% cashback, and Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn. All bets must be placed within the specified time limit according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Bets are not accepted after an event has started.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. All games are operated to ensure fair play. If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game, takkbuzz reserves the right to void that round.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket and football. Live scores and odds are variable and are updated throughout an event. For sports betting, the decision of the relevant governing or organizing body will be considered final.

6.4 Live Casino

The specific rules of the game provider apply when participating in live dealer games. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, a decision will be made after investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting or Bonus Abuse)
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Spreading harmful or false information
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform

8.1 Service Availability

takkbuzz strives to maintain the highest standard of service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. takkbuzz will not be held liable for any losses in such cases.

8.2 Liability for Losses

The user bears full personal responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. takkbuzz is not responsible for any gaming losses. All game results are final except in cases of technical error.

8.3 Third-Party Services

Games operated on the takkbuzz platform are run by third-party game providers. takkbuzz is not responsible for the quality of service or technical issues arising from these providers.

All content on the takkbuzz website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is protected by intellectual property laws belonging to takkbuzz. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Publishing takkbuzz content on other websites, distributing screenshots, or using content to spread false information on social media is prohibited.
